The next ask: hold students accountable for this expectation:

If students email you, and the emails need work, use this email template response to ask them to revise and send again.

To turn on the template function: 

• First, gmail> settings> advanced> templates. Choose “enable” and click save.
• Then, compose an email. Paste in this message. Click the three dots in the lower right, and then templates> “save draft as template”. 
• Now, name the template.

You can now insert this language via those three dots in the lower right when you reply to students!
