Principal's Update

Happy Friday Students and Families:


Thank you all for a wonderful homecoming week and KUDOS to our ASB for some outstanding events! 


I hope to see you all at tonight’s football games where the JV and Varsity teams will compete against Sonoma Valley! Also at the game, we will honor this year’s Hall of Honor recipients prior to kick off and pay tribute to Lulu Conner, Class of 2015 graduate who tragically passed away this summer while in Paris for her sister’s Olympic competition.


For students who have purchased homecoming dance tickets for tomorrow evening (Saturday, 10/5): Make sure to bring your school ID or have your Minga app ready to show at the event. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. All students will also be breathalyzed to ensure we can enjoy a safe and sober evening.


Parents: If you are picking up your students at the end of the dance, make sure to arrive at the 3rd street parking lot by 9:30 pm.

Progress Reports will no longer be mailed home
Progress report cards will no longer be mailed home.  We will continue to mail quarter and semester report cards.  Students and families will be able to view all official grade marks the Friday following the end of the grade reporting period.  When you log into your Aeries Portal, you will see gradebook grades to date on your dashboard.  Select the class you are interested in and you will see current information about assignments and grades.  Select “Grades” if you wish to see the official reporting period grades. 
You must complete the “Data Confirmation” process before you will have access to anything in your Aeries Portal.  The Data Confirmation process must be done at the beginning of each school year and is equivalent to what used to be a paper Emergency Card.  If you need to update your address, please send two to three utility bills, rental agreement, cell phone/bank/insurance statements, or a paycheck stub to the SRHS Counseling Office.  The documents must be dated within the last 60 days and include the guardian name on it.
If you have not completed your data confirmation yet, you will not be able to access your Aeries Parent Portal.  Please complete the data confirmation process by clicking on the following link:  Aeries Parent Portal: 9th - 12th Grade

Class of 2025 Info
Hello Parents of the class of 2025,

It's hard to believe, but the Senior Class of 2025 will be graduating soon!  Graduation is right around the corner and every senior needs to order their graduation cap and gown unit (includes the souvenir tassel) at the very least.

Mr. Reid from Jostens will be on campus October 16th during brunch and Lunch in the Quad to accept orders for these as well as graduation rings, official graduation announcements and many other items to remember this year.  You may use the link below to place your order online.


The deadline for orders is January 10th.

SRHS Athletics
To participate in athletics, all student-athletes must have a valid physical on file. Physicals must be signed and dated post June 1st 2024. Once you have your physical, please upload it to Home Campus. Print a copy of the Physical Form by clicking here:   Physical Form 

Home Campus clearance is required to participate in athletics and will not be approved without a physical submitted. If you cannot upload, please email physicals to sanrafaelathletics@srcs.org.
