Important back-to-school forms are now available online in the Aeries Parent Portal that you are required to review and complete. Please complete the Data Confirmation Process for each child in your family who attends SRCS by Sept. 4 to ensure we have accurate emergency and health information.
The Aeries Parent Portal offers secure online access to your child’s school records, including attendance, health information, state testing reports and more.
How to Complete Your Back-to-School Forms
- Log in to the Aeries Parent Portal using the appropriate link below.
- Follow the on-screen prompts for the Data Confirmation Process.
- In each section, select “Confirm and Continue” in the sidebar to move forward.
- Review and update your child’s emergency contact, health and other required information.
During this process, you will also:
- Review and acknowledge District policies and authorizations, including the 2026–27 Annual Notice to Parents/Guardians [English | Spanish].
- Secure school funding by providing confidential household income information for state and federal programs.
- NEW! Support student mental health services. SRCS is participating in California’s Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Fee Schedule Program to help us sustain student counseling, wellness and other mental health services.
- During Data Confirmation, you will be asked to provide insurance information, review related notices and authorize SRCS to share information and seek reimbursement for eligible school-based behavioral health services. By law, participation does not affect your insurance coverage or create costs for families.
- Reimbursement funding goes directly back to SRCS to support and strengthen essential wellness and mental health services for students.

About Us
San Rafael High School sits on a sprawling campus in central San Rafael and serves students in grades 9-12. We are proud that SRHS serves an ethnically and culturally diverse student population. The school has served generations of San Rafael families, while also warmly welcoming recent immigrants. At SRHS, we prepare our students for college, career and life: students are communicators, critical thinkers, collaborators, problem solvers, reflective learners and community advocates.
SRHS's success is made possible by the work of outstanding staff and unparalleled community support. Talented teachers meet students’ individual needs as they learn, innovate and grow in enriching environments. Multiple parent organizations and a District foundation provide enhanced experiences and additional support programs. Working in partnership with the District and its schools, SRHS is guided by a Together 2024 Blueprint and the District values of equity, community and joy.
