Transition to District-Provided Chromebooks Next School Year
Transition to District-Provided Chromebooks Next School Year
The District recently shared an update about student technology use in our classrooms. Starting in the 2025-26 school year, all students will utilize a District-provided Chromebook during the school day. Personal laptops will no longer be permitted for classroom use. Learn more.

Libaray Books DUE before last day of school

All library books and textbooks are due by Friday, June 6, unless the teacher says to return a textbook at the final. 


Students and parents were sent an email on Wednesday titled “ALL BOOKS DUE”, with a list of all books checked out on their library account. 


Please make sure your student has looked at their email, and is ready to return their books. 


Library books and English novels can be returned to the library or the English class. Return textbooks to the teacher. 


Seniors: Unreturned books may result in delayed receipt of the diploma.

Work Permits During the Summer


  • Get the job first

  • Fill out the Statement of Intent to Employ a Minor

  • Must be signed by Parent 

  • Must be signed by new employer

  • Call the Main Office to make an appointment to get the work permit

Locker Clean Out

Locker Clean Out - During Finals week, we will have boats and trash cans in AD and LA buildings for students to use to empty out lockers and clear out backpacks.

All items left in lockers will be discarded or donated!
 
SAT & ACT Test Dates - Sign ups Open
 2025-2026 SAT dates are live.  Students should sign up for the SRHS location before it is filled. 
There will not be a June test day in 2026. 

SRCS will only be hosting the ACT on February 14, 2026, and April 11, 2026, next year. 

College Board Dates and Deadline
Class of 2026 - Senior Portrait - Sign Up Now
Class of 2026 - It is now time to schedule your student for their Senior Portrait.  The first date is July 18th!  Two more dates will open up at a later date for July 31st and August 7th.  Please try to take your portrait during these dates as there is limited time slots during the make up date in October. You can only sign up through Dorian.  Info and Sign up link below!!
