YEARBOOKS will be distributed in front of the cafeteria during lunch only on Tuesday, May 28th and Wednesday May 29th.

The 4th Annual SR TALKS is on TUESDAY, MAY 28TH in the Hayes Theater! The event begins at 6 pm. This night of senior speeches is a new SRHS tradition! Teachers, parents, families, friends, and other members of the community are welcome to attend this FREE EVENT!

AP Language and Composition

All current sophomores signed up for English 11 AP Language and Composition next year: Please attend a short, mandatory meeting with Mr. Bond and Mr. Boris at the beginning of lunch on Thursday, May 30th in LA 304, Mr. Bond’s room. Pick up your summer assignment and get some important details about the class.

AP European History

All freshmen enrolled in AP European History for next year must come to a mandatory meeting on Friday, May 31st at lunch in LA 217.

AP United States History

All sophomores enrolled in AP U.S. History for next year must come to a mandatory meeting on Friday, May 31st at lunch in LA 219.

AP Government

All juniors enrolled in AP Government for next year must come to a mandatory meeting on Friday, May 31st at lunch in LA 215.

BOYS BASKETBALL – There will be an informational meeting on Monday, June 3rd in Gym 1 during lunch.

The English Department needs its books back! Do you have any books from earlier in the year, or past years? To avoid book bills, and to make your English teachers happy, please return all English books not currently being used in class to the Library. Otherwise, book bills and public shaming will rule your future. Thank you from the English Department!

GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS - If you ordered Graduation announcements, please come to the Student Store to pick them up. This is very time sensitive. If you are unsure if you ordered, please check with your parent

CAP AND GOWN - If you ordered your cap and gown and have not picked them up, please go to the student store


Need help in science? Science tutoring is available after school in Room SC106 every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. All subjects and questions welcome!

NEED A QUIET PLACE to get your HW done or study for your upcoming test? The Library is now open until 5pm on every Monday thru Thursday! All students are welcome to stay and quietly work on their homework!

ONE-ON-ONE PEER Tutoring is available during advisory and your free periods.

MATH teachers available before school and after school, Monday through Thursday in the library.

ENGLISH TUTORING - Mr. Bond and Ms. Hager offer reading room and homework tutorial in LA303 and LA304 Monday through Thursday for one hour, immediately after the bell.

FRENCH and SPANISH tutoring is available daily from 7:15 – 7:45 am in AD 315.


SENIORS, now that most of college applications deadlines have passed, please make sure to stop by the CCC to learn more about scholarships or simply check out the scholarship bulletin outside the CCC. If you haven't already done so, activate your portals from the schools that you have applied to. If you have any questions, please stop by to see Ms. Mazariegos.
