Transcripts

A transcript is the official record of your classes and grades in high school from the time you entered the school until the latest semester.  Colleges require that a transcript be sent to them as a part of the admissions or enrollment process, usually after the end of the 7th semester and after your final semester. They will communicate with you when/how they want this sent.

It is prefered that you obtain an unofficial transcripts by downloading it from Aries but you can request an unofficial transcript from our registrar in the Counseling Office to use in filling out your college applications.

A total of three transcripts will be sent at no charge.  Additional transcripts are $3.00 each and will be billed to students in May of their senior year.
