EVENTS IN HISTORY—on this day in 1939 - Nylon stockings go on sale for 1st time (Wilmington Delaware).

TODAY’S AND SATURDAY’S GAMES--Girls Volleyball vs San Marin @San Marin – 4:30pm JV; 5:30pm Varsity (JV early release 2:50pm) and Football vs MC @MC – 3:00pm Frosh (early release 1:30pm).

Saturday-Football vs Drake @Drake – 2pm Varsity. (Galli 10/22)

CREATE AND DONATE CLUB—Our first meeting will be held today at Lunch in LA219. Please come and join us. Snacks will be provided. (Winton 10/23-10/24)

MOCK TRIAL--Mock Trial practice will be held tonight from 7-9pm. in the San Rafael City Council Chambers located in City Hall. (Allen 10/24).

ANIME CLUB—meeting today in LA304 at Lunch. (Bond 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14)

FARMERS MARKET—is held every Friday after school! Bring 2 reusable bags and load up on dinner for Friday night, and breakfast, lunch and dinner for Saturday and Sunday. All SRHS students are welcome. (Bryant 10/23-10/24, 10/30-10/31)

CLUB FOOD DAY—Attention club presidents! Come to the ASB room (AR103) on Tuesday, October 28th to sign up for Club Food Day. Food sign-ups are on a first come, first serve basis, so get there quick for the best choice. (Walters 10/24-10/27)

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS--All Naviance passwords will be updated this Friday to match your current computer login. You will no longer be required to use last year’s login. Please make note of this as you are finalizing your autobiographical sketches. (Feldstein 10/22-10/24)

SOPHOMORES--who were in Ms. Berenson's English class last year should pick up your final projects this week if you want to keep them. Anything not claimed by Friday may be recycled. (Berenson 10/22-10/26)

Fill out your CSU, UC and private college applications: All workshops will be during Advisory in LA 213 Computer Lab Monday, Oct. 27, Wednesday, Oct. 29.. Get passes in CCC or Counseling to attend. COLLEGE VISITS--Visits happen at advisory and lunch: So bring your lunch and please come meet the reps who will read your college applications and essays. Find out about eligibility, majors, dorms, travel abroad, sports and clubs! Earn a "registered interest" point if you apply. Visits are open to all students, priority given to seniors, then juniors, but not to miss class. Teachers have final say if they will allow student to miss class period or tutorial.
