PLEASE BE CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT BEING GOOD NEIGHBORS--Our local residents have asked us to remind both students and parents to: Slow down on Mission Avenue (15mph speed limit), avoid double-parking and blocking of driveways along Mission Avenue, be good pedestrians-follow traffic laws and use crosswalks and do not jaywalk and, lastly, pick up trash or litter. (Dennis 8/27-9/10)

MOCK TRIAL—Come to our meeting this Friday, August 29th at 11:35 (Lunch) in LA200 across form the Library to see if mock Trial may be for you. We can’t wait to meet you! (Allan 8/27-8/29)

FALL PLAY AUDITIONS--are next week Wednesday and Thursday, September 3rd and 4th after school in the drama room for 2 hours. Callbacks are Friday. This year's play is a unique Midsummer Night's ROCK and ROLL Dream with music from the sixties. No prior experience is required; many parts are available. See Ms. Deamer in AR205 if you have questions. (Deamer 8/27-9/4)

ART STUDENTS FROM LAST YEAR--Please come pick up your art work left behind from last year or portfolios from the Marin County Fair no later than next Friday the 29th of August. Thanks ! (Herrera 8/22-8/29)

PARKING LOT AND PARKING PERMITS—Beginning this year, we will have assigned parking spaces. Notices have been posted all over campus. There are 4 different types of spaces. If the space has a T it is for teachers only, to park in Handicapped you must have a placard, S spaces are for students that have permits only and Visitor places are for subs and visitors only. Until we assign the students spaces they are available for the time being. Don’t risk getting towed or ticketed by parking in a space that is not yours. (Administration)

ARE YOU LOOKING TO BOOST YOUR WORKPLACE SKILLS, TRY OUT A CAREER, AND BUILD YOUR RESUME? Marin County School's Internship Program will do all that...and give you high school credits. We have internships in business, media, computers, medical and much more. Pick up an application in the CCC or click on the QR Code on a flier posted around the school. Applications are due Friday, September 12. No exceptions! (Horton 8/25-9/11)
