TODAY’S AND SUNDAY’S GAMES--Baseball vs Drake, JV @ Drake, 4:30pm; V @ SR, 4:30pm (early release 3pm) and SR Swimming vs MC @SR, 4p. Sunday-Mtn. Bike @ Laguna Seca, TBD. (Galli 3/27)

ANIME CLUB—meeting today in LA304 at Lunch. (Bond 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/24)

FARMERS MARKET—is held today after school! Bring 2 reusable bags and load up on dinner for Friday night, and breakfast, lunch and dinner for Saturday and Sunday. All SRHS students are welcome. (Bryant 3/26-3/27)

OUR MUSICAL IS HERE! BYE BYE BIRDIE--opens this Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 and Sunday at 2:00. Half price student tickets may be purchased at the student store for $5. Tickets for students at the door are $10, so take advantage of the pre-sale. Come enjoy comedy in the 1950s with the 45 cast members. (Deamer 3/23-3/27)

ATTENTION BULLDOGS—There will be a Senior class car wash tomorrow in the parking lot. Come get your car washed from 10-2PM and support volunteer to work a shift. (Walters 3/23-3/26)

HERE IS YOUR DAILY FACT FROM THE GREEN TEAM--In a sample of about 56 pounds of waste generated by students, more than 36 pounds was compostable. . (Green Team 3/27)

HEY BULLDOGS—Next week is Spirit Week! Monday is Pajama Day, Tuesday is Tropical Tuesday Day, Wednesday is Frat Day, Thursday is Class Day-look for posters to see what your class is and Friday is Extreme Red and White Day. (Walters 3/26-3/27)

NEW TARDY SWEEPS—will now be held in the morning. So, get up earlier, put a smile on your face and get here on time. (Administration 3/25-3/27)

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS—to our competitive cheer team for finishing 2nd in the National Competition held in Anaheim this weekend. Way to finish a great year, ladies! (Hoch 3/24-3/27)

THE SRHS BIKE DAWGS--will be traveling to Laguna Seca in Monterey to compete in their third race of the Norcal season this Sunday, March 29th. Two weeks ago the Bike Dawgs traveled to Granite Bay to compete in the second of their five-race Norcal series against riders from 36 other Northern California schools. It was a more taxing course, and a pretty hot day to race. Despite that, five riders achieved personal bests – Jillian Johns, James Boulter, Aidan Hassett, Edvar Camara and Patrick McKenna – and we had five top-ten finishers. (Galli 3/24-3/27)

ATTENTION SENIORS--The Foundation Scholarship is now due! The deadline to turn in your completed application has been extended to Monday, March 30th. Please be sure to turn in a copy of your application,

including a letter of recommendation, to Mrs. Trimble in the Counseling Office. Don’t let this great opportunity pass you by! (Gonzalez 3/24-3/30)

WALKER CREEK COUNSELORS NEEDED--Sun Valley Elementary school needs 12 counselors for Outdoor Education from April 6-April 9. Please turn in an application–sophomores are fine at this point in the school year. (Songer 3/23-3/27

SENIORS GOING TO COLLEGE OF MARIN--Come take a Practice Math and English Placement Test Workshop on Thursday, March 26th, during Advisory, 9:55-10:40. Ms. Nichols will send out passes to Advisory teachers. (Nichols 3/23-3/26)

SENIORS GOING TO SAN FRANCISCO STATE UNIVERSITY?--Bring your lunch to a meeting in the CCC on Wednesday, April 1st, to find out about the wonderful METRO support program. Meet new friends and get support to be a success at SFSU! (Nichols—3/23-4/1)

THE JOSEPH D. CIATTI SCHOLARSHIP IS AVAILABLE TO SENIOR ATHLETES AT SAN RAFAEL HIGH--A minimum GPA of 2.5, Transcript, and one letter of rec required. Financial need is 50% of the two, $3,000 scholarships, to one boy and one girl. Applications due by May 8th to counseling. (Nichols--3/5-3/31)
