Por recomendación de Marin Health and Human Services, y en colaboración con la Oficina de Educación del Condado de Marin, todas las escuelas y oficinas de la ciudad de San Rafael estarán cerradas el viernes 16 de noviembre.

The Tree Lot tent installation will begin this weekend in the stadium parking lot.  As a result, that lot will be closed to student parking from Monday, 11/5 through 12/15.

Students with valid permits (Seniors only) will be allowed to park in the red fenced off area at the front of the school.  The area can accommodate all the spots displaced by the Tree Lot.  The gates will be closed and locked 30 mins after the last bell.

Students must drive safely entering and exiting all parking lots.  Vehicles without valid permits will be subject to parking enforcement.  There will be a parking attendant present to verify permits.

Screening: Race to Nowhere

"Race to Nowhere" is a film that calls us to challenge current thinking about how we prepare our children for success. Named by TakePart.com as one of "10 Education Documentaries You Don't Want to Miss", "Race to Nowhere" brings communities together to spark dialogue and galvanize change in America's schools.

SRHS will be hosting a screening on Wednesday November 28th starting at 7pm.  more details to follow.

SRHS Design Status Update

Much progress is being made on construction at San Rafael High School! Following completion of the stadium in June, the rest of the summer was focused on Interim Housing and Demolition.  Demolition of the old buildings at the front of the school was completed, with the contractor removing the old foundations, and re-grading before staff and students returned.  READ MORE HERE...
