WALKER CREEK applications due date has been extended to Oct. 25th by the end of the school day. Applications are open to 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students with a GPA of 2.5 or greater.

HUCKLEBERRY applications now available in the CCC for sophomores.

HIKING CLUB will have its first meeting this Friday, Oct. 18th at lunch in LA200 (Ms. Kuehle’s room).  Please bring your lunch and help us choose the locations we will be hiking this year.  See you on Friday!

K-POP CLUB is having its first meeting Friday, Oct. 18th at lunch in Mr. Boris’s room LA313. Come join us!

FRENCH CLUB meets on Wednesday, Oct 23rd at 12:30pm, in AD 315. Bring your lunch! Blind taste test of BAGUETTES.  See you then!
SENIORS - The counseling department would like to remind you to please link your counselor as a recommender to either your Coalition or Common App as soon as possible. Linking your counselor will allow your counselor to view deadlines and submit forms. If you link your counselor last-minute, you run the risk of your counselor submitting forms past admission deadlines for some Universities. Thank you.

WEIGHT TRAINING: Starting Tuesday October 22nd, the SRHS weight room will be open for 1 hour after school for all students to use, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The room maximum is 45 people, so be there on time.  You must be in correct workout clothes and have appropriate shoes to participate.  We look forward to having as many of you come in and work out for FREE!  If you have any questions please talk to Mr. Springhorn or Mr. Butler.  See you next Tuesday after school!
TRANSIT STICKERS – are available in the main office during Brunch and Lunch only.

SENIORS – Remember to get your cap and gown order in before November 1st. Extra graduation planners are in the main office.

SOCCER – Open Field

There is open field for soccer every Thursday from 6:30pm-8:30pm on the turf field! Come out and get ready for the upcoming season!

ALL STUDENTS must present their valid School ID when attending an SRHS Event.

LOST AND FOUND is in the main office.  Please come by and check for lost water bottles and other items.

Calling all Eco-Adventurers!  Come with us to Costa Rica this February.  We will explore waterfalls, volcanoes, and the rainforest, seeing monkeys, sloths, and tropical fish in their natural habitat, while practicing your Spanish and learning about biodiversity and sustainability.  See Mr. Morales or Ms. Pikk for more details.

TUTORING

MATH TUTORING and Homework Help, Monday to Thursday – before school in AD301, 7 to 7:45am and after school in LA101 for 1 hour.

SCIENCE TUTORING is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school in Ms. Paiz's classroom, SC106!  Any and all science questions welcome!

ENGLISH TUTORING after school, Monday to Thursday. Come in for help on essays, grammar, and/or reading. Or just come in for a quiet place to do any of your homework. Rooms LA 303 and LA 304 with Mr. Bond and Ms. Hager.

FRENCH AND SPANISH TUTORING – all levels - Every B day Before school, 7:15-7:45am and After school for 30 mins, 2:45-3:15pm in AD 315 with Mme/Sra Likover.
